Our state of the art, secure Network Operations Centers provide comprehensive management on a 7x24 basis, 365 days a year with round the clock access to technical support. We guarantee your assets' physical security with IP-based surveillance cameras and with our Biometrics-controlled entrance to our offices and to the centers.

• Connectivity — DS3 connection and multi-homed Internet Circuits from Time Warner and Sprint. Set up provides Redundancy and BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) load balancing technology. (Customer pays for connectivity as needed.)
• Peering—HIX connection to ensure local Internet traffic remains local
• Data Security—secured by two PIX Enterprise class 525 firewalls
  
• Power—AC power, diversely fed from redundant power distribution units, can be delivered to customers’ cabinets via 120 VAC 20 AMP or 120 VCA 30 AMP NEMA L5-30 outlet
  
• Rack Space—7 foot 19” rack space is available with secure access
• Remote Hands—Skilled on site technicians able to provide remote maintenance and trouble shooting capabilities to Co-location customers.
• Tape Storage—Fire-proof data safe used for tape storage.
